Source code and bug tracker

The source code, including some compile-instructions for Windows, is available at http://code.google.com/p/knossos-skeletonizer/. Please report all issues with KNOSSOS in the Google Code issue tracker.

Stack generation

KNOSSOS expects image data to be in a special cube format (see online documentation for details). This MATLAB™ code can be used to generate the appropriate data format from TIFF files.

Example data

Example data stacks in the KNOSSOS format can be found here: small (54 MB), large (400 MB).

After starting KNOSSOS, press "+" and select the "e1088_mag1" folder. Then copy the following coordinates: 829, 1090, 832 (CTRL-c) and paste them into KNOSSOS ("paste" button at the top right in the main KNOSSOS window). This takes you directly to the center of the data stacks.
